Ocean City Fellowship Intergroup takes meetings to both the Men's and Women's Jails in Worcester County. Volunteers are needed to fulfill this obligation. Please review the rules established by the Snow Hill Detention Center below, then complete the form below if you are interested in participating in this worthwhile endeavor. Rest assured, if you have never been inside a jail, or how you could ever do anything like this, it is relatively easy. You will NOT be left on you own until you are comfortable with going to the jail alone. Completion of the form below does not obligate you to anything. It will just let the Men's or Women's Jail Coordinator know of your interest, so he/she can contact you to give you all the details. Your interest is very much appreciated and welcomed.

Rules and Regulations

On the date of commitment, secretaries must call (410) 632-1300 and advise the guard who will be bringing the meeting. Other requirements include:

Volunteers must be willing to supply their full name, address, telephone number, and date of birth.
You must be at least 21 years old.
You must have a valid photo ID.
You must be clean and sober for at least one year.
You may not have a family member as a inmate at the facility.
You must not have been incarcerated for at least two years.
Only soft back A.A. material/literature can be brought in the correctional facility.
No contraband (such as cigarettes, prescription drugs, etc.) may be brought into the correctional facility.
